sembrando juntos
Since 2018, we’ve partnered with Sembrando Juntos to teach macramé to housewives and single mothers in Lima’s Pachacutec. Through workshops, we provide materials and create income-generating opportunities that foster confidence and empowerment across our value chain.
Sembrando Juntos is a social organization focused on helping children reach their full potential through innovative education in vulnerable communities. They run a school in Ventanilla and a community center offering workshops and teacher training to improve local quality of life.

Conservación Internacional
International Conservation
Since 2022, Sitka Semsch has supported Conservación Internacional by offering macramé workshops to women involved in forest conservation—helping them develop skills, increase income, and build self-reliance. This initiative also promotes education in vulnerable communities, believing lasting change begins with children.
Conservación Internacional has worked in Peru since 1989 to protect biodiversity and promote sustainable development. Through partnerships and environmental policy, they safeguard key regions like Madre de Dios and San Martín to ensure a better future for all.

Operación Sonrisa
Operation Smile
Sitka Semsch has partnered with Operation Smile for several years, combining fashion and compassion to support life-changing cleft lip and palate surgeries. Together, they’ve helped transform countless lives through care and connection.
Operación Sonrisa Perú is a non-profit recognized since 1999, offering free, specialized medical care for children with cleft conditions. With the support of volunteer doctors and medical teams, they’ve carried out over 100 missions across Peru, improving lives and restoring confidence in vulnerable communities.
